Vibelium separates data about the site you scan from data about you as an account holder, deletes anonymous results fast, and never stores your card details.
What we collect
Vibelium collects only the data necessary to run assessments and improve the service. We separate data about the site you scan from data about you as an account holder.
- Scan target URL & resultsThe URL you submit, the scan results, and evidence (screenshots, headers, timing data). Used to run the scan and display your results.
- Account emailCollected when you create an account. Used for authentication and service communications.
- Domain ownership verificationThe DNS record, uploaded file, or meta tag used to prove you control a domain. Retained only as evidence of verification.
- Usage dataAggregate usage patterns (scan frequency, feature use) used to improve the service. Not sold or shared.
Retention
Anonymous scan results (the free Executive Summary) are kept for 48 hoursand then deleted, unless you complete verification. Once a domain is verified on your account, the Full Report, evidence, and monitoring history are retained for as long as the domain stays verified, or per your plan's retention window.
Sharing and consent
You choose what to share. Expert context is shared only with your explicit consent.

Billing data
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, our payment provider. Vibelium does not store card numbers or full payment details.
- What Vibelium storesYour current plan name, billing status (active / grace / past-due), and renewal date. No card numbers.
- What Stripe storesCard details are held securely by Stripe under their own privacy and compliance obligations.
- RetentionBilling records are kept for the duration of your account and for the period required by applicable law.
Your data rights
You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your account data at any time from Settings, or by contacting us below. Deleting your account removes verified scan history and stops future monitoring scans.
